The presence of lead can also reduce the viscosity and surface tension of zinc solution, so the infiltration capacity of zinc solution to iron surface can be increased. When hot galvanizing, adding lead to the zinc solution can make the surface of the coating obtain beautiful large zincation, and improve the condition of zinc-solution to the steel plate, so as to shorten the infiltration time of the strip steel.

Third: antimony on hot galvanization, zinc solution to add a small amount of antimony, can obtain a beautiful galvanized layer.

Fourth: the effect of tin on hot galvanizing, adding tin to zinc solution can not only reduce the melting point of zinc solution, prolong the solidification time of zinc solution, but also obtain a beautiful galvanized layer.
